Built Southeast Asia GTM from zero across Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam, including local sales, channel partnerships, SI and cloud ecosystems, and regional delivery capabilities.

Helped lead the company’s transition from on-premises industrial software to SaaS and then AI-native business models, co-creating enterprise agent workflows across supply chain, warehousing, procurement, fulfillment, and operational monitoring.

Earlier work included capital introduction, industrial-software brand repositioning, ecosystem and marketing foundations, and data-platform and intelligent-operations programs for strategic accounts.

Led post-investment operations across Fosun’s retail and consumer portfolio, helping management teams connect strategy, channels, online and offline operations, and growth priorities.

Led strategic business development with platforms including Alibaba and Tencent, connecting external ecosystem capabilities with the operating needs of portfolio brands.

Commercialized Baozun’s internal digital capabilities into external offerings, leading digital business development and DTC, O2O, and omnichannel solutions for brands and enterprises including Adidas, Nike, I.T, BYD, and Indonesia’s MAP Group.

Later built the FMCG business unit from zero, leading China e-commerce operations and growth across Tmall, JD, and brand-owned sites for international brands including Unilever, AB InBev, Heineken, and Disney.
